Manager Client Services
Start Date: March 1, 2025 Compensation: Competitive Pay (Dependent on Experience)
About Us: Blue Jay Rentals provides luxury portable washroom trailers for private events and construction projects. We’re seeking a client-focused Manager of Client Services to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and logistics. The role starts at 10-15 hours per week and will increase to 40 hours during peak summer months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe Driving & Transport: Operate a large vehicle to deliver, set up, and retrieve washroom trailers at client locations, ensuring safety.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact, providing excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
- Set-Up & Takedown: Coordinate setup and takedown of washroom trailers, ensuring proper functionality and client satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with trailers.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company safety standards, local laws, and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and report shortages.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform light maintenance and cleaning on trailers to maintain quality.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in driving, logistics, or event services is preferred.
- Driving Skills: A clean driving record and experience with large vehicles is a plus (CDL not required).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and handling manual tasks.
- Availability: Flexible hours, especially during peak seasons (weekends may be required).
