WHAT WASHROOM SIZE DO I NEED?

The size of washroom unit required is determined by the number of guests and the length of your event. We recommend the following:

1-100 people (two washrooms)

100-150 people (three washrooms)

150-300 people (four washrooms)

DO YOU OFFER LONG TERM RENTALS?

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly pricing. Please call or use our Quote form for availability.

HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

Pricing is competitive and depends on rental requirements (e.g. Number of guests, location, duration). Please complete a Quote form for your specific requirements.

HOW DO I RESERVE?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance payable 7 days prior to your event. Please contact us to book well in advance to ensure your unit and requested dates are available.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

We ask our customers to book a washroom unit as soon as they decide it is needed for their event to ensure the date and unit are available. All units are on a first come first serve basis. Your unit will be placed on hold with a deposit.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major cards, cash and e-transfers.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE WASHROOMS?

No, your washroom unit will come sparkling clean and fully stocked for your rental. After your rental, we will take it away and clean it. We will take care of the dirty work.

DO THE WASHROOMS COME STOCKED?

Yes! The washroom units are delivered fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towel and soap as well as a few extra rolls under the sink (or in the back closet) for your event.

DELIVERY FEES?

Delivery fees are dependent on location. We work to provide fair pricing for this service.

HEATING AND A/C?

Of course! All trailers come standard with heating and air conditioning.

CAN I MOVE THE TRAILER?

No, we do not allow customers to pickup and drop off the units themselves. We have a team of trained staff to help facilitate your needs and ensure the placement is where you want it to be.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP?

Generally, we deliver a day in advance of your event and will contact you prior to leaving our yard. We provide delivery services 7 days a week. Deliveries and pickups scheduled on Holidays and outside of general delivery times are subject to an additional fee.

DO I NEED WATER ONSITE?

If water is available on site, we ask that the unit be connected directly to the water source available via regular garden hose. Our units come equipped with onboard fresh water holding tanks should water not be available at your event. Once the tank is empty, the fresh water would need to be refilled as needed.

DO I NEED POWER ONSITE?

Our units require 2x 110v outlets (15 amps – a regular electrical outlet). We do offer generator services for longer term events or can advise you what generator would be required to rent for your event.
